The working principle is rotary screw air compressor compresses ambient air from atmospheric pressure to 8-10 bar,discharge air which passes through aftercooler and air/water separator will then go into the first stage cylinder of oil free reciprocating booster.Afer that,the discharge air at 25 bar passes through first stage water cooler and separator,and finally go to second stage compression to reach 40 bar.
