Generalize: Dry Screw Vacuum Pump is composed of a pair of meshing screw rotors which rotate in the opposite direction and synchronous way at a high speed in the pump cavity. Without any lubricants or sealing liquid in the pump cavity, screw vacuum pumps can be used to recycle many condensable gases.
